All Dancelab programs are ultimately designed to help you develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and endurance. They last 50 – 55 minutes and are made up of a warm up, interval training and cool down. The classes are non-stop, but the music is arranged to help you achieve cardiovascular health, muscle tone, and your overall fitness goals.
